Striverdi Respimat

Respimat is an example of metered dose inhaler that uses slower, longer soft mist as delivery and does not use any propellant. It eliminates need for hand-breath coordination. Spacer is not necessary. The canister needs to be turned prior to use and can be difficult for some patients.
